What this Policy Covers
This Cruise Control Privacy Policy (hereinafter “Privacy Policy”) describes how Cruise Control AI, LLC (dba “Cruise Control”) collects, uses, processes, and shares your personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by third parties, such as third parties that Cruise Control uses to fulfil or offer its Services, or any third-party platforms, services or applications that integrate with or connect to Cruise Control’s website, platform, software, Services, and the like. Our Services are not intended for or directed at children or minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from any individuals under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you may not use our Services or provide any of your information to us through the Site or otherwise.
Our Services are intended solely for use by users in the United States. We do not knowingly collect information from any individuals outside of the United States. If you do use our Website outside of the United States, you thereby understand and consent to the transfer of your personal information to the United States and elsewhere, as well as to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information in the United States and elsewhere. When you create an account, which may be in the form of registering for an account or signing up for Services, you provide us with your profile and account registration information, such as your first name, last name, email address, home address, company address, company name, personal phone number, cell phone number, business phone number, Company URL, and other information.
We collect and log information about you during login and during your use of the Services, such as which features you have activated, how you interact with our platform, page clicks and other similar information. The information we collect through the Services is described in more detail in the Terms of Service.
Information or Content You Provide in the Services:
The Services allow you to create integrations or connections between our Site and third-party websites, platforms, and applications that you use. In that case we will receive information that allows us to verify and/or identify your account, such as name, email address, API key, tokens, or other identifying information, as well as log data, content, and device information. The information that we receive varies based on the third-party and its policies. Additionally, we collect all such information and content that is transferred between our Site or Services and third-party websites, applications, platforms, and services. We describe the information we collect through your use of the Services in more detail in the Terms of Service.
Services users may provide information about other individuals when submitting information and/or content through our Services. For example, if a user creates a voice broadcast campaign, that user will share information about the individual(s) to whom they send voice messages. Users may also provide information about their employees, employer, or other individuals with whom they work or collaborate for various purposes such as creating a company account for the Service; sending invitations to use the Service; or designating individuals as a user contact, technical support contact, billing contact, company owner, company administrator and the like.
Information or Content You Supply Through Our Site:
As used in this Privacy Policy, “Supply” is defined as directly transmitting or uploading; causing information or content to be transmitted or uploaded; or indirectly transmitting, uploading, or syncing through third-parties, integrations, automations, or any other means, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
We collect all information and/or content that you supply to: 1) Our Site or Services; 2) Third-party websites, platforms, and/or applications that are connected to or integrated with our Site or Services; and 3) Third-party websites, platforms, and/or applications that are used as part of our Services or to provide or facilitate our Site or Services, including white label third-party websites, platforms, and/or applications.
For example, when you upload an audio file for voice broadcasts, upload photos for publishing to your social media accounts, provide ratings and feedback, participate in promotions and contests, or attend events, you provide us with that content and/or information.
Communication and Support Channels:
You may provide information or content to us through support channels, including chat widgets, support forms, support tickets, text messages, and all other communication channels available. When you initiate and/or communicate with us, we may ask you to provide account information and/or information about your question or problem, which may include information about your device, internet browser, internet connection, software, third-party integrations used. If your request pertains to an individual, such as a problem sending a voice broadcast to a specific recipient, we may ask for the individual’s information, such as phone number, in order to provide assistance. We may also ask for screenshots, video recordings, and the like to understand your issue or request. To submit information to a blog or community website, we may require you to create an account. In that case, we will collect your account registration information such as first name, last name, email address, company, and phone number.
Marketing Information:
In addition to information that you directly provide, we also receive information about you automatically when you engage with our Site, as well as when you open and/or click a link in an email that we send you We also receive information about you from third-parties such as referral and affiliate partners, social media platforms, content partners and/or sponsors, event sponsors, and sources such as public databases and lead generation suppliers. The information we collect from third-parties about you may include demographic data; marketing data; personal contact information, such as name, email, and phone; corporate contact information, such as company name and company URL; information about you as displayed on your social media profiles; and information about your purchase history, preferences, and/or intent.
Affiliate, Referral, and Partner Programs:
Cruise Control offers various programs, which are subject to change from time to time, which includes but is not limited to affiliate, referral, influencer, and partner programs (collectively, “Referral Partners”). Referral Partners may assist us in the marketing and promotion of our Services, reselling our service, processing subscriptions for our Services, and/or generating leads. We collect information from Referral Partners such as first name, last name, email address, company name, company URL, personal phone number, cell phone number, company phone number, company title, business size, third-party websites and applications used, social media accounts, copies of communications that you have had with Referral Partners, and any other content and/or information that you provide to Referral Partners. We may combine the information that you provide to us and to Referral Partners.
Payment Processing Information:
When you create a paid subscription, paid account, make a one-time purchase, or otherwise initiate a transaction with Cruise Control, we will use a third-party payment processor to process the payment. We do not collect any of your payment information, such as credit card number, expiration date, or security code. The only transaction details that we receive and retain are the details necessary for verification that a transaction was processed successfully, such as price, form of currency, payment date, method of payment, name, and account name.
Technical Information:
When you use the Services or Site, we automatically collect information about the device that you used for access. When you use our third-party social media sites, or websites and/or applications that are integrated with our Site or used within our Services, those third parties automatically collect information and provide it to us. Such information includes information that identifies you, including device type, connection type, geographic location, operating system, browser, internet protocol (IP) address, the webpage that referred you to our Site, the webpage on which you exited our Site, and crash data.
Cookies:
We use tracking technology including cookies, web beacons, and/or pixels. This is used on the Site and in the Services for marketing purposes, as well as to provide optimal functionality, customize your user experience, and verify you across services or devices. The information collected includes device type, connection type, geographic location, operating system, browser, internet protocol (IP) address, the webpage that referred you to our Site, the webpage on which you exited our Site, date and time stamps, data about clicks, and device-identifying data. Transactional Voice Calls:
Our Site and web forms contain notices that by providing your phone number, you are consenting to receive transactional voice calls from Cruise Control, which may be sent using an artificial voice or prerecorded voice. We will send transactional voice calls for purposes such as reminding you about upcoming subscription renewals, and confirming payments. Consent to receive transactional voice calls is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Promotional SMS:
We will only send you promotional SMS messages if we have received your prior express written consent. We will send promotional SMS messages for purposes such as providing discounts on subscriptions or other special offers related to our Services. Transactional Email:
We will send you emails as necessary to provide the Service, such as transactional notifications, service updates, or other similar important emails.
Promotional Email:
We will only send you promotional email messages if we have received your prior consent. We may send emails with special offers and promotions. You can opt-out of these emails at anytime by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each email. You can also email us at info@cruisecontrol.ai and request to unsubscribe from emails. Note that unsubscribing from news and promotions will not affect emails regarding transactional notifications, service updates, or other similar important emails.
Changes:
We have the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the Service or send messages at any time. You will be notified on such occasions. You agree that any messages you send to a telephone number or short code we have changed, including any STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be liable for honoring requests made in such messages. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
How We Share Personal Information
We will never rent or sell your personal information to any other entity or individual unless we have your express consent. We may use or disclose your information only in the circumstances listed below.
With Your Consent:
We may share your information with third-parties if you provide express consent.
To Provide the Services:
We may share your information with third-parties when you use Services, to the extent necessary to deliver the Services or complete registration for the Services. This may include third-party subscription management providers, payment processors, and service providers. For example, if you use our voice broadcast service, we will share your information with our telecommunications provider in order to transmit the broadcast using your phone number.
We may also share your information with other individuals associated with your account, including employees, employer, account administrator, billing contact, or technical support contact.
To Deliver SMS and Automated Voice Calls:
If you opt-in to receive SMS and/or automated voice calls from us, we will provide information as necessary to our telecommunications carrier for the sole purpose of delivering the SMS and/or automated voice calls to you.
For Business Purposes:
We provide information to third-party business services providers to help us provide the Site and Services, and for our business purposes. This may include website hosting providers; infrastructure providers; communication providers such as chat, ticketing, email, text, and voice communications providers; sales and customer relationship management technology providers, project management tools, collaboration tools, and other business service providers.
With Our Referral Partners:
We may share your information with our Referral Partners for the purposes of account updates and commission payments. For example, if you are referred to us by an affiliate, we may notify the affiliate whether you have subscribed to Services, the type of Services purchased, the price of Services purchased, the duration of your subscription, and personal information to link your subscription to an affiliate’s referral records. We may use a third-party provider to facilitate this sharing of information with our Referral Partners. In this case, your information will be provided to the third-party solely for the purpose of facilitating our referral programs.

With Third-Party Applications:
If you click on a “share” button on our Site, feedback requests, email campaigns, social media pages, and the like, these applications will share information with the provider, such as internet protocol (IP) address, the page you visited, the content you selected, and it may create a cookie in order for this share feature to function.

Cookies and Other Automatically-Collected Information:
To block or delete cookies, you should utilize resources for cookie management. Specific instructions for blocking or deleting cookies in a browser may be available in the browser’s documentation. Typically this can be accomplished on a web browser by clicking on settings, and then selecting the privacy option, followed by the Cookies section.
You can also disable or delete stored information used by other technology by managing your browser’s “add-on settings” or visiting the manufacturer’s website.
You are hereby notified that if you block or disable cookies, some portions of the Site or Services may not be accessible or function correctly.

Automated Voice Calls

To opt-out of receiving marketing emails, use one of the following options: 1) Visit https://www.cruisecontrol.ai/unsubscribe; 2) Send an email request to info@cruisecontrol.ai; 3) Use the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of our marketing emails; or 4) Use the communication preferences section in your online account, if you are a customer using Services. Please note that opt-outs do not apply to informational emails that are necessary to provide our Services.

To see your personal information related to the Services, login to your account and visit the profile page. You can correct, change, or delete any of your personal information by sending us an email at info@cruisecontrol.ai. Please note that we reserve the right to not fulfil a request to delete or change information if the information is necessary to provide the Services, or if we believe the change of information would violate our Terms of Service, or any law, legal, or regulatory requirement, or cause the information to be incorrect.
Security of Data and Personal Information

Cruise Control takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We do not guarantee the security of any personal information due to the nature of the Internet and communication transmissions, which are inherently never fully secure or error-free. You are responsible for ensuring that your account is fully protected, such as frequently changing passwords, using strong passwords, safeguarding passwords, utilizing available authentication mechanisms, and manually logging out of your account on the Site when you are not actively using it.
Additionally, by using our Site and/or Services, or by opting in to receive any SMS or automated voice calls, you understand and accept that your personal information will be shared with third-parties as described in this Privacy Policy, and that this sharing of personal information will, in some cases, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, be facilitated using other third-parties.
