If the customer chooses a star rating of 4 or 5 (threshold can be edited), the customer will then be directed to a review request page. This page shows buttons prompting customers to click to post a review on 3rd party review sites. (You can choose which sites). If a customer chooses a star rating of 1-3 (threshold can be edited) on the initial feedback email, the customer will then be directed to an apology page. This page features a long paragraph of customizable text, followed by details on how to contact your company to resolve the issue directly. At the bottom of the page are links to leave a review on 3rd party review sites. (This is required by law and/or terms and conditions of most review sites). This structure maximizes the likelihood of unhappy customers contacting you directly for a resolution rather than posting a negative review online, while at the same time maintaining compliance.
