  • What's the cancellation policy?

    Cancel anytime! Once you cancel a subscription, you will have access to Cruise Control until the end of your subscription period. The subscription will not renew at the end of that period.

Billing FAQ

  • Cancel Anytime

    Cancel your subscription anytime! Cancellations are effective as of the last date of your plan period. For example, if you are on a monthly plan, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your plan month. You will not be charged for any future months. 

  • Pause Without Billing

    Need a break during slow season? Pause your subscription anytime! You will not be charged while the subscription is paused. You can pause your plan one time per year. The pause can last for up to 2 consecutive months.  Note that while the subscription is paused, none of the automations will run, and you will not be able to access your dashboards or modules. 

  • Hidden Fees?

    No hidden fees! The subscription price shown is the total you will pay. Unlike other companies, we never add "industry fees" or other surprises costs.

    You do not need to purchase any add-ons to use the automations.  All plans come with everything a small business needs.

    Larger companies can use the optional add-ons to send larger volumes of calls/texts or add more business locations for reviews.

  • Only Pay for Usage

    Only pay for what you use! Pay-as-you-go applies to all texts and calls sent using Cruise Communicator. (Communicator is  included with the Bundle, and also available as a standalone plan). Simply make a one-time purchase of credits. The credits remain in your account and are used each time a call or text messages is sent. Manually purchase more credits as needed, or setup auto-replenish.

  • How Do Credits Work

    Calls and texts use a credit-based system.

    Redemption: One credit is valid for:

    • 1 pre-recorded call; or
    • 1 text message*
